Why can’t I see a location on my map?

1) See if coordinates are generated properly

A location will only be shown when coordinate information is available under the Coordinates column. Coordinates are automatically generated based on the values given under the Address field.

Make sure the values provided in the Address field are correct. If the information provided is correct, you will see the store name painted in green. When it is not correct, you will see in red.

It is also possible to add a coordinate information manually.

2) Is the sheet out of sync?

Check whether all the locations you have added are being shown on the map. Sometimes when you add locations in bulk, automatic generation may not work. Therefore you may need to do a force Sync. To do that, please go to your LocateStore dashboard > Settings and click on Force Sync Locator Sheet.
